Privacy Notice

Short version. Partner Floor Bot asks about your company so we can send you federal contract leads that fit it. We keep that as a company profile. We may in the future sell or share company profile information with third parties, and you can opt out of that at any time. You can download or delete your data from the bot.

Who we are

Partner Floor is operated by Yunqiao Shen (the "Partner Floor owner"). Contracts are bid under GRANT SLOAN LLC as prime. Contact: igscontracting@outlook.com.

What we collect

From Whop: your Whop user ID, display name, and whether you hold an active Partner Floor membership. You sign in through Whop; we never see or store a password.
From the bot conversation: what industry you are in, what work you do and want, what you do not want, where you operate, years in business, company size and capacity, NAICS and PSC codes you confirm, keywords, licenses, certifications, set-aside statuses, project-size preferences, and delivery preferences. The chat messages themselves are also stored.
From your use of the bot: which contracts we matched to you, which ones you opened, marked interested or dismissed, and any feedback you give on them.
From our website: partnerfloor.com uses the Whop Pixel, which records which pages you visit and whether you arrived from one of our ads, so we can measure how our ads perform.

How we use it

To understand your company and send you customized federal contract leads through Partner Floor Bot, the Hot List and the Daily Bulletin.
To improve matching and the services Partner Floor offers members.
To contact you about opportunities, quotes and proposals you have shown interest in.

Sale or sharing of information

Partner Floor may, in the future, sell or share company profile information (such as your industry, capabilities, service area, size and preferences, together with your company name and contact) with third parties, for example prime contractors, teaming partners or industry partners looking for qualified companies. Where the law treats this as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, you have the right to opt out.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: open Partner Floor Bot in Whop, expand Privacy & data, and tick the box. Your choice is saved immediately and honored for any future sale or sharing. It does not affect the leads you receive. You can also email us at the address above.

We do not sell or share information we know to belong to anyone under 16.

Your rights (California and similar laws)

Right to know what we hold about you: use Download my data in the bot's Privacy & data panel to get a complete copy.
Right to delete: use Delete my data in the same panel. This removes your company profile, chat history, matches and feedback from Partner Floor. A record that a deletion request was made is kept. Your Whop membership itself is managed by Whop.
Right to correct: tell the bot what changed, or edit your profile through it.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing, as above.
No discrimination: exercising these rights does not change your membership or the leads you get.

You can also make any of these requests by email. We will verify the request through your Whop account and respond within 45 days.

Where the data lives and who can see it

Data is stored in Partner Floor's own systems on Amazon Web Services and in a dedicated Supabase database, keyed by your Whop user ID. Each member can see only their own profile, chat and matches. The Partner Floor owner can inspect profiles for support. Contract data itself comes from SAM.gov and GovConOne and is not personal information.

Service providers we use to run Partner Floor: Whop (membership, sign-in and ad measurement on our website), Amazon Web Services and Supabase (hosting and storage), and Amazon Bedrock (the AI models behind the bot). They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Retention

We keep your profile, chat and match history while you are a Partner Floor member and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you delete it sooner. Closed contract matches are removed from the active feed after their deadline.

Changes

When this notice changes in a way that matters, the bot will ask you to read and accept the new version before continuing.
