What makes the floor different

01

A prime that is actually bidding

Grant Sloan LLC bids federal work as prime. You are not buying a list of notices. You are pricing scope on bids that go in.

02

Only the work that fits

Every open notice is matched to your trade, your states, and your certifications, refreshed from SAM.gov every morning.

03

You price it. We carry the bid.

You give your number and your documents. We build the proposal package and submit it. Your scope is agreed before anything goes in.

How it works

From a chat to a bid with the prime

One flow, start to finish, on sample data: Desert Air Mechanical, a commercial HVAC shop, pricing a duplex HVAC replacement for the U.S. Forest Service.

Step 1 of 6 · Profile

Tell the bot what you do

Answer like you would on the phone: your trade, your states, your licenses. It sets your industry codes and turns on matching. No forms.

Partner Floor Bot chat: the member describes chiller and rooftop work in Arizona and Nevada, and the bot confirms the trade code and turns matching on.
Step 2 of 6 · Matches

See the contracts that fit

Open federal notices, scored against your profile. Each one shows the fit, the place, the agency, the days left, and why it matched.

Contracts matched to the profile, each with a match percentage, location, agency, days left and the reason it matched.
Step 3 of 6 · Breakdown

Get the breakdown

Open one and the bot reads the solicitation and its files: what the government wants, what you must provide, the deadlines, and anything that blocks a bid.

One contract opened: notice details, the three solicitation files, a good-fit verdict and what the government wants.
Step 4 of 6 · Quote

Drop in your quote

Send a PDF or a spreadsheet. The bot reads it, fills in the pricing lines, lead time, and validity, and asks only for what is missing.

The bot reads quote-sheet.pdf and reports two pricing lines totaling $48,200, with lead time and validity filled in.
Step 5 of 6 · Review

Check it, then send it to the prime

You see exactly what goes to Grant Sloan LLC, line by line. Fix anything, then send. Nothing goes to the government without a person reviewing it first.

Review screen: the pricing table, lead time, contact, documents and a checklist, ready to send to the prime contractor.
Step 6 of 6 · Track

Follow every bid

Each bid you send shows where it stands, from review to submitted to the award decision.

My bids: three bids with their stages, under review, submitted and awaiting confirmation, and not awarded.
“Plenty of places sell lists of federal notices. The difference here is that I am bidding, and I need your trade to win.”

Questions

What is Partner Floor?

A members' board of live federal contracts, matched to your trade, plus a direct line to me to team up on the ones you can do. I bid through Grant Sloan LLC as prime.

Who is it for?

Subs, suppliers, and crews: general contractors, electrical, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, equipment installers, and suppliers. Set-aside status such as 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, or small business helps but is not required to join.

How much is it?

A $25 trial month first: 3 contract analyses, the full bot, matching and quotes for 30 days, one trial per company. After that the full plan is $197.99 a month with 90 analyses. Cancel anytime from your Whop account.

Is this just a lead list?

No. The board is where you find the work. The point is teaming up: when a contract fits, the bot breaks it down, you quote your scope, and we bid it under Grant Sloan LLC as prime.

Does this guarantee I win work?

No. It puts you in front of real contracts with a prime who needs your trade. Any subcontract is agreed separately and depends on the bid outcome.

What does the contract analysis do?

For a contract you are interested in, it lays out what the government wants, what you would need to provide, the deadlines, and anything that blocks a bid. Then it collects only the missing pieces of your quote and builds the proposal package for human review. Members get a monthly allowance of analyses.

Where do the contracts come from?

SAM.gov, the government's official source, refreshed every morning. Every listing carries the agency's own deadline, and deadlines can change when an agency amends a notice.

Why Whop?

Two reasons. Whop handles sign-in and billing, so I never see your password or your card. And it is where the community lives: a floor of subs, suppliers, and crews who are all chasing federal work. You meet the electrician who needs a GC, the supplier who can source what your bid is missing, the crew two states over that can cover a job you cannot. The contracts get you in the door. The people are why you stay.

Can you do the work?

Start with a $25 month: the full bot and 3 contract analyses. Cancel anytime from your Whop account.
