Partner Floorby Grant Sloan LLC
For subcontractors, suppliers, and crews

Federal work, without chasing it alone.

If you run a trade business and want government work but do not want to become a full-time bid shop, this is the door. A prime finds the contracts and carries the bid. You bring the crew and the price.

Who this is for

General contractors, electrical, HVAC and mechanical, roofing, plumbing, equipment installers, and suppliers. Small and mid-size shops that can estimate and deliver. If you hold a set-aside status such as 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, or small business, say so in your profile: it changes which contracts fit.

Why team with a prime instead of bidding yourself

The paperwork is not your job

A federal bid has volumes, forms, clauses, and representations. Grant Sloan LLC coordinates that side. You quote your scope.

You see only what fits

Thousands of notices post every week. Your profile filters them to your trade, your states, and your capacity, and the bot explains why each one matched.

You know what you are getting into before you price

The analysis shows what the government wants, what you would need to provide, the deadlines, and any blocker, before you spend time on a quote.

Your quote turns into a real proposal

Your price and documents become a full package that a person reviews and submits. You do not write the proposal.

Set-asides in plain English

Many federal contracts are reserved for certain kinds of businesses. Small business set-aside means only small businesses can bid as prime. 8(a), SDVOSB (service-disabled veteran-owned), WOSB (women-owned), and HUBZone reserve the contract for firms with that certification. The prime must hold the status; a subcontractor's certification does not transfer. The floor flags set-aside opportunities and the analysis checks eligibility per contract, so you find out early whether a bid is even possible.

What membership is, and is not

Membership buys the board, the matching, the alerts, and the analysis. Teaming on a specific bid is agreed separately, contract by contract, and depends on whether the bid is won. Nobody can guarantee an award. What you get is real contracts in front of you and a prime who needs your trade to win them.

Start with a $25 trial month (3 contract analyses, full bot access), then $197.99 a month for the full plan with 90 analyses. Cancel anytime. Membership is the board, the matching, and the analysis; any subcontract is agreed separately and depends on the bid outcome.
